This tool can be used to estimate how a quote is going to change in price after the price change date of the file you uploaded. The tool only recognizes US GPL. For lines that change in price by more than 15% they will be in red text. For lines that change in price by less than 15% they will be in yellow text. Support costs do not appear to be recalculating so keep that in mind when using this.
